UBD exchanges expertise and experiences with its two sister companies, the Textile Technology Center (TTC) that provides quality training and technical assistance services to the textile and garment industries in Jordan and the Middle East, and Blue Energy for Advanced Technologies (BEAT), a Microsoft partner that provides enterprise application integration and technology solutions to local and regional markets.

In addition, strong affiliation exists between UBD and the Beiruti Law Firm (BLF), in providing legal services and consultations to UBD's clients and projects handled.

UBD has business cooperation agreements with the Vocational Training Cooperation (VTC) in Jordan, as well as a number of international organisations including Transtec for international project management, Sicem International for sourcing clothing and accessories, as well as the Centre Technique du Textile (CETTEX) for the provision of technical training in the field of textile and garment.
